Added Automated Validation for AI Runtime State

Added an automated validation foundation that checks not only whether AI processing finished, but also whether the runtime state was healthy and verifiable.

Using information recorded during execution, the system can determine whether processing completed normally, whether a problem occurred, or whether there is not enough evidence to reach a reliable conclusion. This reduces the need for purely manual inspection and provides a stronger basis for later review and quality improvement.

By making internal AI execution more objectively verifiable, this update established the foundation for future automated review and debugging capabilities.
